JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kindergarten Teacher who will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of our students. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in early childhood education and be capable of working under minimal supervision. The teacher will be responsible for fostering a learning environment that encourages self-sufficiency, articulation, and the development of essential skills. This role requires a nurturing and patient individual who can guide the child in practical life activities, language development, and early cognitive skills, ensuring a well-rounded foundation in their formative years.

REQUIREMENTS

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • A Minimum of a Bachelor of Education degree (Early Childhood Education) from a recognized University
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience from a recognized school Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & VALUES

  • Have good classroom management skills
  • A team player with good command of written and spoken English
  • Be conversant with CBC curriculum
  • Good knowledge of Childhood Development.
  • Creative and good teaching/reading abilities.
  • Patient and hands-on with children.
  • Good intra and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in modern pedagogy and demonstrable teaching practices.
  • Innovative and creative individual.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
