Requirements for the Records Management Officer Job

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education KCSE mean grade C plain from Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) or equivalent qualifications from arecognized institution: and
  • A Diploma in Records/Information Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.

Records Management Officer Job Responsibilities

  • Specific duties and responsibilities will include, receiving, sorting, opening, filing, minuting and distribution of mail: dispatching of mails and guiding on files disposal.

Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA);

Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) and respective professional bodies.

Any other relevant supporting documents.
