QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in infrastructure engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
• Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience with both on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of server, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to align technology infrastructure with business goals and lead high-performing technical teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments. Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure operations to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Lead infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and large-scale deployments.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to infrastructure engineers and support teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives.
• Manage infrastructure vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare infrastructure reports, capacity plans, and recommendations for senior management.
