POSITION OVERVIEW

Our team is looking for an engineering lead who can take a team of strong engineers to the next level. The successful candidate will lead by example being the ones out in front, doing the new things, learning new/sharpening existing skills and tech and mentoring the team to enable them to solve problems. They should dig deep to understand root causes of issues and guide the team to identify long lasting solutions to issues. They will also be responsible to plan work to ensure optimal delivery and proper prioritization of work.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Electrical Engineering or related fields.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience building and managing high performance engineering teams.
• 5+ years of active development experience.
• UI and API Testing – Expert.
• API performance Testing – Intermediate.
• Performance testing tools: Gatling/JMeter/Blazemeter – Intermediate.
• UI/backend Automation Tools.
• (Playwright/Cypress), RestAssured – Expert.
• Version Control (e.g., Git) – Expert.
• Postman – Intermediate
• API Integration/ test automation – Expert
• Test Case management Tools like Zephyr/XRay/TestRail etc – Expert
• Project Management – Rally/Jira – Expert
• Background in Finance is required

Responsibilities

• Validate API/UI tests. Write and execture automation tests and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with the domain and QA practice teams tenhance testing processes.
• Lead QA Engineer focused on test validation and automation within the assigned project.
• Able tcontribute tQA practice and has expertise/exposute in UI and backend automation testing as well.
• Should be able tlead the team and dPOCs and troubleshoot technical.
• Experience in frontend, backend and integration testing. Familiarity with database testing is a plus.
• Familer with Agile processes.
• Expert in QA Processes and tools – Able twrite Test plan and Test strategies.
