Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
• At least 3 years’ Post Admission experience in a busy Commercial Law Firm or in the Banking Industry.
• Experience in Ligitation Management, Contract Review, Drafting, and Negotiation.
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework specific to the Banking sector.
• In-depth understanding of banking operations, securities, and debt recovery laws.
• Familiarity with banking regulations to ensure institutional adherence.
• Ability to maintain accurate litigation databases, document management systems, and ensuring flawless legal contracts and reports.
