KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all debt recovery through legal processes is handled in the best interest of the company and its customers and that the recovery process is well effected and supported;
• Review and vet all legal costs and settle the same promptly
• Ensuring service providers serve the company in the most cost-effective manner
• Contracting and Review of Legal documents for business and support units
• Contracting and Review of Legal documents for business and support units
• Handle all internal legal administrative tasks as may be allocated from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB), Post Graduate Diploma in Law
• At least two years’ practical working experience in microfinance.
• Excellent people management skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with good report writing skills
