• Are you passionate about fieldwork and ensuring financial discipline? We are looking for a Loan Collection Field Agent to join our dynamic team and help us maintain a healthy loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients to ensure timely loan repayments
• Visit clients in the field as per assigned schedules
• Negotiate repayment plans where necessary
• Maintain accurate records of collections and client feedback
• Submit daily reports on field activities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in loan collection or credit management
• Must be a motorcycle rider with a valid riding license
• Familiar with Nairobi and its surroundings
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
