Mwananchi Credit Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April 2010. On 10th January 2012, it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.

Job Summary

As a Logbook Loan Team Leader, you’ll lead and motivate a team of specialists, ensuring they meet sales targets while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. Your expertise will guide team members, and you’ll contribute to marketing strategies and operational improvements for our logbook loan business.

Responsibilities

• To recruit train, supervise organize and guide a highly motivated marketers team.
• To meet production targets on sales and, recruitment.
• To sell the company’s products in your region
• To devise strategies and techniques necessary to achieve sales targets.
• To perform any other duties that may lead to the growth of the company

• Proven experience working as a sales agent
