Job Description

Kilimall.co.ke is Kenya’s largest online shopping mall. We launched in July 2014 and our mission is to become No.1 E-commerce platform in Africa

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target prospective clients within the logistics sector who need courier & delivery services.
  • Negotiate contracts and good pricing with clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with clients to facilitate cross-selling opportunities for our products.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends and preferences.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree: In business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or logistics.
  • Industry knowledge: A strong understanding of the logistics industry, including transportation modes, freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain management. 4. Sales skills: Ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Customer service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and the customer. Are you interested
