Job Description

Job purpose:

To grow sales volumes and margins for LPG and its accessories for Distributors, Supermarkets, Hotels and Resellers across the assigned territory.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Sales management – grow sales to achieve set targets.
  • Territory Management with daily performance monitoring,
  • Market intelligence – Gather and share sales and marketing intelligence
  • Account management: Management of Trade Accounts Receivables (TAR) within approved credit policy.
  • Vetting, recruitment and development of new sales accounts.
  • Stock management for all our customers.
  • Field visits to existing and potential customers to evaluate product placement
  • Coordination of regular training on Customer service, safety and product knowledge
  • Sharing daily sales reports, weekly reports and monthly market reports to help track on the monthly target as well as the MTD performance.
  • Ensure compliance of LN 100 and any other applicable regulations by the customers.
  • To carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
  • Good selling and negotiation skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • At least 2 years experience in sales and marketing.
