Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor the filler machine during production runs.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve correct fill volumes and minimize product loss.
• Perform changeovers for different product types, container sizes, and packaging formats.
• Conduct routine checks for leaks, misfills, or quality defects.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
• Record production data such as output quantities, downtime, and defects.
• Clean and sanitize filling equipment as per standard operating procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance for timely repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in machine operation in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
