• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial property management or mall operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with local mall networks and commercial real estate markets.
• Willingness to travel as required

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suitable shopping mall locations for new store openings.
• Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms with mall management.
• Develop and implement expansion plans in line with company strategy
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to complete store setup.
• Manage project timelines to ensure timely store openings.
• Maintain strong relationships with mall operators and property managers
• Track store performance post-opening and provide improvement recommendations.
• Follow up and implement approved improvement actions progressively.
• Industry background in consumer electronics, fashion retail, or FMCG
• Prior involvement in retail expansion for international or Chinese brands is a major plus
