Job Description

At Stratostaff we design, implement and manage workforce solutions for large, specialized or routine staff complements giving you the opportunity to focus on your core business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To drive business growth through the creation of new affinities on various platforms.
  • To develop and implement strategies for affinity business through the creation of new opportunities for business acquisition, retention, customer service, and operations.
  • Implement effective distribution channels and pricing strategy for new affinities.
  • Establish and manage productive partnerships with affinity partners to achieve set affinity sales budget.
  • Ensure new businesses meet the KYC documentation threshold and the company’s credit control policy requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic insurance solutions for resellers partners
  • Develop mechanisms for measuring performance across different products within different affinities.
  • Lead innovation and product development of different affinity solutions.
  • Maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure better relationships.
  • Develop effective debt management strategy for affinities.
  • Drive distribution of affinity sales through digital channels.
  • Submit the monthly sales reports & sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Diploma in Insurance.
  • Experience in business development and retention
  • At least 5 years of experience with 3 years in management of productive affinity relationships
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Healthy knowledge of IT solutions and systems
  • Adherence to established productivity and quality standards are crucial.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Product knowledge – Adequate knowledge and understanding of general insurance products. Knowledge of life products is a plus.
  • Customer service – Respond promptly to customer needs.
  • Able to work and lead a team to achieve commitment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Be a person of integrity
