Collection Africa is seeking to hire a dynamic and technical IT Manager. In this role, you will lead our entire IT function, ensuring efficient, secure, and resilient systems, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on systems management, you will drive digital transformation, oversee cybersecurity, manage enterprise infrastructure, and optimize our core PRSP/SMS and VoIP/SIP communication platforms to support organizational growth.

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Strong background in systems administration, networking, cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, Security+) are an added advantage.
• Experience with PRSP/SMS platforms and VoIP/SIP systems is highly desirable.
