Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Medical Centre’s are operating efficiently and providing quality healthcare services within stipulated operating hours at all times.
• Support the Chief Operating Officer in Medical Centre management ensuring attendance to duty and minimizing absenteeism in adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Follow up and close on reported incidences that occur in accordance with stipulated guidelines
• Support Medical Centre staff management in Implementation of Quality Standards and their Quality Improvement Plan
• Ensure that all Medical Centers satisfy regulatory licensing requirements i.e. (clinical and nonclinical) at all times, and that all staff are fully licensed
• Enhancing profitability through management of operating costs, reduction of wastage and sound stock management practices.
• In conjunction with the biomedical team, ensure that all the Medical Centre’s have functional medical equipment, preventive / routine maintenance schedule is implemented and timely repairs carried out in case of breakdown or malfunction.
• In conjunction with the regional IT team, ensure that all the Medical Centre’s have functional computers and related equipment, preventive / routine maintenance schedule is implemented and timely repairs carried out in case of breakdown or malfunction.
• Promoting utilization of diagnostic and therapeutic services in collaboration with Medical Centre staff and Business Development Teams.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for Insurance companies, Corporate organizations and other payors in partnership with the Business Development Team
• Monitor the performance of the Medical Centres in terms of revenue & profitability against targets
