Job Description

Jubilee Insurance was established in August 1937, as the first locally incorporated Insurance Company based in Mombasa in 1937. Jubilee Insurance has spread its sphere of influence throughout the region to become the largest Composite insurer in East Africa, handling Life, Pensions, general and Medical insurance.

Manager, Personal Lines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Economics or a related field.
  • AIIK or ACII qualification.
  • At least seven years’ relevant experience in insurance or financial services, including experience in product, portfolio, distribution or business management.
  • Experience in personal, retail or individual health insurance would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a portfolio with clear accountability for commercial results.
  • Experience working across multiple distribution channels and collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams.
