Job Description

The Coca-Cola Company, which is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is an American multinational beverage corporation, and manufacturer, retailer, and marketer of nonalcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups.

Summary

This role supports regional Purchasing Operations processes, including day-to-day support to the business, training delivery & development, as well as improvement initiatives. This role will work in collaboration with the Regional Purchasing Operations Manager and the Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations team, as well as business users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day purchasing operations service delivery in local region. Activities include:
    • Monitoring system functionality and resolving any issues to minimize business interruption and ensure supply continuity
    • Responding to escalated inquiries/issues from internal stakeholders and/or vendors
    • Support processes executed by MSP to maintain a strong internal control environment
  •  Support operationalization of policy and process Act as regional subject matter expert on SAP transactions, facilitating systems and Reporting
    •  Develop and facilitate training with end users.
    •  Assist with systems fixes and enhancements testing
  • Act as local purchasing operations representative to broader business. Activities include:
    • Soliciting feedback from local business users in efforts to drive improvements to systems and user experience

What you need to be successful

Experience:

  •   3+ years of working experience
  • Proven track record in supporting customer issues preferably in P2P/supply chain setting
  • Experience in data collection methods. Must be able to analyze data and metrics to gather insights.
  • Functional knowledge of Excel. Experience with PowerBI is an advantage.
  • Functional experience of PowerPoint.
  • Functional experience with SAP and/or Ariba preferred
  • Ease of communicating in English, both in writing and speech. Additional language is an advantage.
