Role Purpose

• Executes the functional and non-security non-functional test suite across every module of the Mobile Banking App, from Onboarding and Accounts through Cards, Transfers, and the LEO AI conversational assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Functional, Integration, and End-to-End Journey test cases across all 10 application modules.
• Execute non-security non-functional test categories: reliability, usability & accessibility, compatibility, localization, and data integrity.
• Execute Concurrency & Sequencing, Upgrade & Migration, and Chaos & Failure Injection test cases.
• Execute LEO AI Chatbot conversational-AI test cases, including phrasing-variant and guardrail checks.
• Log defects with accurate severity and root-cause classification; retest fixes promptly.
• Participate in daily stand-up and defect triage.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Mobile banking or fintech testing experience.
• Comfortable executing against a continuously-changing build under a concurrent testing model.
• At least one team member must be able to design and execute fault-injection and multi-device concurrency test setups.

Required Skills & Tools

• Manual test execution, defect-tracking tooling (e.g. Jira), mobile device testing across iOS and Android, banking domain knowledge.

What Success Looks Like

• Full functional and non-functional coverage executed on schedule per SIT increment, with defects logged accurately enough that root-cause patterns are visible.
