Job Description

PathCare Kenya was started on 25th November, 2002 by Dr. Kiran Radia as the Chief Executive Officer. PathCare is a private, Kenyan owned professional laboratory, which provides services to clinicians and their patients in collaboration with Pathcare South Africa, one of the leading pathology groups.

Overview:

The Nairobi Marketer will be responsible for promoting our medical laboratory services within Nairobi and surrounding areas. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive utilization of our laboratory services in Nairobi.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Nairobi market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Nairobi healthcare market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Nairobi and surrounding areas as needed.
