Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant based in Kiambu, Kenya. The Marketing Assistant will assist in implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team to achieve established goals. Responsibilities include facilitating customer service tasks, executing effective communication strategies, and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives to enhance the hospital’s outreach. Day-to-day duties also involve collaborating with team members to strengthen brand awareness and develop creative solutions aligned with the hospital’s mission.

• Proficiency in market research with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Customer service skills to handle patient and partnership inquiries effectively.
• Experience or knowledge in sales and sales & marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance engagement.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in tools and software relevant to marketing and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
