Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The overall purpose of this job is to design and develop social media content that promotes the school’s services, maintaining visibility in the market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our brand during school events.
  • Support in managing and updating social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Aid in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia materials.
  • Help in utilizing Meta Business Suite and other social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor performance, and analyze metrics.
  • Assist in capturing and editing high-quality videos using basic video editing software such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.
  • Assist in designing marketing materials such as flyers, posters, banners, and digital advertisements using graphic design software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and campaigns to promote brand awareness.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience.

Desired Competencies and Attributes:

  • Technical proficiency: Proficient in social media management tools like Meta Business Suite and basic video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.
  • Graphic design skills: Ability to use graphic design software for creating marketing materials like flyers, posters, banners, and digital advertisements.
  • Communication skills: Effective communication to collaborate with team members in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Adaptability and learning agility: Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to optimize marketing efforts.
