• Bidii Credit is building the future of digital lending, payments and financial services in Kenya. We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Marketing Executive to drive growth, brand visibility and customer acquisition.

What You Will Do

• Own and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
• Drive lead generation and conversion across lending and fintech products
• Manage and grow social media channels & digital presence
• Create compelling content (ads, posters, campaigns, online)
• Track campaign performance for ROI.
• Run field activations, partnerships
• Support sales teams to turn leads into customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in marketing, Business or related field
• 5 years experience (fintech/financial services is a big plus)
• Strong digital skills: social media, SEO, Analytics, CRM tools
• Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills
• Creative thinker with strong execution ability
