Job Description

Paytech Limited is a technology and service provider for payment and revenue collection solutions in the transportation and retail sectors. The company is based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Summary

The marketing executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services. This will involve market research, campaign planning and collaboration with creative teams. The Marketing Executive will also analyze data to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough market research to understand industry trends, consumer needs and competitor strategies
  • Developing comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals and target audience
  • Formulating effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract customers and drive sales
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative departments, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Overseeing the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites and promotional materials.
  • Utilizing analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, interpreting data, and providing insights for future improvements.
  • Cultivating relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders to enhance the company’s market presence.
  • Co-ordinating and executing events, exhibitions or promotional activities to engage with the target audience.
  • Providing regular reports to management on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions to overcome obstacles in achieving marketing goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2 years’ experience in a Marketing role.
  • A proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
