Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all platforms.
  • Oversee content creation, including social media, website, blogs, email marketing, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to create integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, recommending improvements for ROI optimization.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Organize promotional events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
  • Awards for the Hotel / Individuals .
  • Creative content development as per the latest trends in the market .
  • Photography for Social Media .
  • Promoting hotel related activities.

  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Creative, analytical, and self-motivated with strong initiative.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively across teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in marketing; hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office programs.
