Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute a mix of digital and traditional marketing strategies (SEO, social media, content creation, campaign management)
• Drive social media engagement and manage analytics to optimize campaigns
• Collaborate on product development and new service launches
• Manage partnerships and coordinate with external vendors and agencies
• Organize and support PR activities, including expos and industry events
• Maintain and utilize CRM tools for campaign tracking and client engagement Work closely with marketing peers across multiple African countries
• Prepare marketing reports and present insights to the leadership team

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role (general marketing experience is sufficient)
• Strong skills in social media engagement and analytics
• Experience using CRM tools for marketing campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a multicultural team
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Modern office in Nairobi (occasional travel possible)
