Job Description

AJUA (Formerly mSurvey) is Africa’s first Integrated Customer Experience platform for businesses on the continent. We exist to bridge the gap between businesses and their customers. Ajua’s technology integrates with businesses at the points that matter most to their customers to measure and optimize their Customer Experience.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity. Oversee content creation and distribution.
  • Manage Ajua’s online presence.
  • Strategize and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Handle media relations and build positive relationships. Ensure smooth functioning of marketing operations. Maintain a consistent brand image and positioning. Stay updated on market trends and adapt strategies. Lead the creation and distribution of marketing materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing or Business-related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to identify appropriate content Experience in developing thought leadership materials
  • Ability to link existing data to external business needs to craft a compelling Ajua story
  • At least 5 years experience in marketing
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills
