Marketing Manager

  • The Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, increase customer engagement, and support tenant performance across both traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and manage a comprehensive campaigns and events calendar. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision making and strategic planning.
  • Brand Management & Advertising
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels, overseeing ATL and BTL advertising initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies on creative development and signage production.
  • Promotions, Events & Activations
  • Plan and execute engaging events, promotions, and activations that enhance customer experience and increase tenant revenue.
  • Lead CSR activities and community engagement programs to strengthen brand presence.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Manage and grow the organization’s digital presence, developing and executing digital campaigns to drive engagement and traffic.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and key partners, gathering and incorporating their feedback into marketing initiatives. Develop and nurture partnerships with media, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Budgeting & Reporting
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking campaign ROI and overall marketing performance.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance to the General Manager and Board as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing or brand management
  • Prior experience in retail, malls, or other consumer facing industries is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in campaign management, events execution, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
