Responsibilities

• Receiving & verifying incoming / outgoing inventories against Delivery Note/ Transfer Note/Daily Production Log/ Production Order i.e. from and to warehouse, production, etc.
• Physically transferring, finished Goods (FG), packaging & raw materials to and from production to warehouse.
• Liaising with production analyst and team leads on inventory movement to and from production floor.
• Controlling inventory movement based on requisition and production plans.
• Supporting operators/ production team on inventory movement around production floor.
• Housekeeping on production floor, maintaining 5s on FG, packaging & raw materials.
• Waste management generated from daily production plans and transferring to respective areas, i.e. warehouse, waste collection areas etc.
• Organising and supporting on production documents filing used during transfers, stock count and reconciliation.
• Supporting on inventory accuracy level 100% on production floor.
• Support and implement Integrated management systems initiatives in the department.

Requirements

Experience You’ll Bring

• CIPS Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of SAP
• Computer literate
• 3 years’ experience
