Expected Deliverables

• Verification of all participants’ MPESA details and preparation of payment schedules
• Deployment of MDA supplies in the field and distribution of MDA materials and drugs to the last point of collection by the CDDs
• Ensuring finance documents, relating to field activities are correctly filled and provided to the Project Manager
• Supporting with training logistics, sourcing venues and the general welfare of participants
• Assist the County teams with MDA mobilization-meetings and an awareness creation forum
• Supporting with logistics during treatments, for example sufficient MDA treatment registers and vehicles for all deployed teams
• Supporting the supervision of MDA treatment
• Oversee completion of inventory for items and drugs, and reverse cascade of the same to link or central facility
• Ensuring payments to the MDAs are settled on time
• Preparation of MDA distribution reports, training reports, supportive supervision reports and coverage reports

• The mode and timing of payment as agreed by Sightsavers and the consultant at interview and subject to milestones being reached. Please see the ToR for more information.

Consultant Specifications

• Experience in project community level activities implementation
• Experience of project data capture and management
• Good understanding of MDA with knowledge of NTDs an added advantage.
• Able and willing to spend considerable amounts of time in the field
• Experience in stakeholder engagement essential
