Medical and Health Sciences Trainer

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree, Higher Diploma, or Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery, Nursing, Orthopaedic and Trauma Medicine, Theatre Nursing, Peri-Operative Theatre Technology, Applied Biology, Medical and Health Sciences, Public Health, or related field
  • Proven professional experience in the relevant healthcare field
  • Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and effectiveness in professional settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and trust
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with passion for training and education
  • Experience working with diverse student groups and meeting varied learning needs

ADDED ADVANTAGES

  • Professional training experience in a college or institutional setting
  • Technical education certification in pedagogy
  • TVETA Registration or Licensing
