Medical Officer – Nairobi

Job Overview

  • The position holder is responsible for providing high-quality clinical care through patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while ensuring compliance with medical standards, ethical practice, and hospital policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • MBChB or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid Kenyan medical license / registration with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team..

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years post-internship clinical experience.
  • Technical skills/Leadership competencies
  • Excellent diagnostic and clinical management skills.
  • Ability to handle emergency cases and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Knowledge of Kenyan health policies and patient care protocols.
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional ethics..
