Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications::

For appointment to the position of Member, Sugar Arbitration Tribunal, a candidate must meet the following minimum requirements;

• Relevant Degree Certificate from a recognized university;
• Have expert knowledge in economics, trade, law, agriculture, research and engineering; with at least five years’ experience in arbitration;
• Be a member of a relevant professional body and in good standing; and
• Be of high moral character, integrity and impartiality, in line with Chapter  Six (6) of the Constitution.
• Should not be a Public Servant or take active part in the activities of a Political Party.
