Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in sales, merchandising, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in the building materials, FMCG, or related industry is preferred.
• Good communication, selling, customer-handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.
• Basic computer/mobile reporting and WhatsApp skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Decorative Paints and generate demand at assigned dealer outlets.
• Engage walk-in customers and recommend suitable products.
• Build relationships with painters, contractors, and other key influencers.
• Visit nearby construction sites/projects, generate leads, and follow up for conversion.
• Support product displays, promotions, and secondary sales at dealer outlets.
• Share market/competitor feedback and maintain daily/weekly activity reports.
