Job Description

We are a BTL agency operating in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania in areas of General sales, Promotions, Merchandising and Roadshows among others. We service over 20 clients in the markets we operate cutting across all industries with over 1,000 members of permanent and contracted staff. We work with a range of clients, including global leaders and household brands, to propel their digital presence through tailored strategies that deliver results. We believe in excellence execution to give value to all our clients by ensuring tangible and measurable results for any projects we undertake.

Merchandiser

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Education: Certificate/Diploma Sales Commerce or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Merchandising, Sales, FMCG or Modern Trade.
  • Experience working with supermarkets, hypermarket, wholesalers, or major retail chains is preferred.
  • Experience handling brands promotions, POSM and in-store execution is an advantage.

Key skills

  • Strong Merchandising and product-display skills.
  • Good knowledge of planogram shelf share, FIFO/FEFO, stock rotation and pricing.
  • Good communication and negotiations skills.
  • Smartphone/data collection skills for daily reporting (must be android).
