Job Description

Founded in 2019 in Busia, Kenya, Footprints of Hope Foundation is a community-based organization focused on empowering girls, youth, and women. We address key social issues including menstrual hygiene, sexual and reproductive health, children’s rights, socio-economic empowerment, and mental health through compassionate and action-driven programs.

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Requirements

  • Diploma in statistics, project management, or related field
  • Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation
  • Strong statistical and data management skills
  • Experience with USAID reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in digital tools for data analysis

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage monitoring and evaluation tools
  • Coordinate data collection for reporting
  • Lead M&E components in preparing work plans
  • Maintain digital repository of project data
  • Support project events and workshops
