Job Description:

We are seeking a results-oriented and professional Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to lead the design, implementation and management of an integrated Monitoring, Evaluation and Compliance system that tracks program performance against GVRC indicators, donor requirements and organizational commitments. The successful candidate will ensure data quality, compliance, evidence-based reporting, learning and use of data to improve program effectiveness, accountability and decision making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in in Social Sciences, Project Planning, Economics and Statistics, or a related field, with at least 3) years relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation.Advanced computer skills with strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience in data visualization is an added advantage. Project Management / M&E training is desirable.
