Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Digital Marketing and Content Creation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and managing online presence to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities 

Digital Marketing:

  • Developand execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels,including social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations to achieve marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.
  • Stayabreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

ContentCreation:

  • Create engaging and shareable content for digital platforms, including blog posts,social media updates, videos, and info graphics.
  • Develop a content calendar and coordinate content production schedules.
  • Write and edit content for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce multimedia content.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to enhance discoverability and drive organic traffic.

Social MediaManagement:

  • Manageand grow social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules,and community engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
  • Respondto comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement paid social media campaigns to amplify reach and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators(KPIs).
  • Provideregular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and content performance.
  • Make recommendations for improvements based on data insights

Job Requirements        

  • A minimum of C+ from secondary school
  • Finished/ pursuing an undergraduate course for digital marketing, communications, or in a similar field.
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a passion for marketing
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities
