As a Networking Concierge / User Support Team member at Linkarp, you will play a pivotal role in helping event attendees sign up, set up their profiles, and make the most of our platform. You’ll be the friendly face and expert guide, ensuring that every user has a seamless and engaging experience.

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with mobile apps and web platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) with an ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
• Customer-Centric Focus: A genuine passion for helping people, with a customer-centric and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
• Patience: Exceptional patience and ability to remain calm under pressure, especially when assisting users who may be less tech-savvy.
• Team Player: The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing insights and solutions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to different user needs and preferences, ensuring every user feels heard and valued.
