Online Sales Job Purpose

  • In charge of online marketing
  • Management of social media accounts (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube),
  • Creating traffic to company’s social media accounts
  • Research and identify key beauty trends and news for content inspiration
  • Write, edit and publish blogs for company website
  • Maintain high customer feedback ratings at online sales channel

Online Sales Job Responsibilities

  • Process and dispatch online Orders
  • Analyze and report on trends and sales behavior, trading the website to maximum efficiency
  • Write, edit and publish blogs for company website
  • Maintain high customer feedback ratings at online sales channel
  • Online reputation management
  • Responsible for lead generation through Online and other medium
  • Plan, develop and implement digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising Manage all aspects of on-line retail marketing
  • Analyze social and online analytics to identify industry insights, lead-generation opportunities, trends and influencers
  • Monitor and manage social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube), categorizing inquiries, engaging users and generating reports on key metrics
  • Prepare presentations and newsletters
  • Manage the email marketing campaigns from content creation through to execution
    producing unique content to build a brand community and increase engagement amongst customers
  • Research and identify key beauty trends and news for content inspiration
  • Ensure that social media accounts updated in accordance with the website promotional and merchandising plan
  • Analysis of campaigns and website performance to ensure continued growth
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports related to after sales service to Management Team
  • To meet high ethical standards in line with the company culture

  • Increased percentage on number of followers in Twitter

Qualifications For Online Sales Job

  • Excellent communicator
  • Quick learner, so that if not technical by background, can pick it up
