About Us:

  • Nairobi Women’s Hospital is a leading healthcare provider, renowned for delivering high-quality medical services and compassionate care. We are looking for skilled and dedicated Nurses to join our Mombasa branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and protocols.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in patient care areas.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Handle emergency situations promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.
  • Contribute to the improvement of nursing care services through feedback and innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Nursing (KRCHN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Valid Nursing Council of Kenya license.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
  • Experience in specialized areas such as maternity, pediatrics, or critical care will be an added advantage.
