Job Description

We are located in Kiambu County along Thika Super Highway in Ruiru town. Plainsview is one of the biggest nursing home in Kiambu county. We have served the community and beyond since 1999.

Nursing Team Lead

ROLE SUMMARY

  • To provide day-to-day leadership, clinical oversight and operational coordination of nursing services to ensure safe, timely, patient-centred, compliant and financially sustainable nursing care delivery while supporting patient experience, quality improvement, staff capability and workforce stability.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) License.
  • Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
  • Minimum five (5) years nursing experience with Two (2) Leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Professional integrity, confidentiality and accountability
