Office Manager

This will be the roles for the office manager

  • Ensuring that the branch meets the set targets
  • Ensuring proper credit management/control
  • Conducting tele-marketing through CRM
  • Ensuring aggressive marketing and analyzing the most suitable marketing strategies.
  • Maintaining and enforcing high-quality customer service, analyzing problems to recommend improvements.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
  • Any other duty as it may be assigned by the management,
