We are looking for an Officer – Credit Risk Analysis who will be reporting to the Manager, Credit Risk, you will be responsible for appraising loan applications using the CAMPARI model and managing the growth of our Consumer/Check- Off schemes. This role combines rigorous financial analysis with proactive relationship management to ensure high-quality portfolio performance and strategic cross-selling

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business course from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in Personal Banking one of which should be in credit department

Professional Experience
Industry:

• 4+ years in Personal/Consumer Banking (Commercial or Microfinance). Market Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of local and global economic trends and banking environments.

Specialization:

• Working knowledge of Trade Finance (added advantage)
