Officer, Resource Mobilization

About the Role:

  • This role supports resource mobilization initiatives aimed at expanding access to quality education for children in underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support fundraising and resource mobilization activities
  • Assist in donor engagement and partnership development
  • Contribute to education access expansion initiatives
  • Support proposal writing and reporting processes
  • Strengthen funding pipeline for education programmes

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about education and social impact
  • Experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, or NGO work
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Good writing and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment
