Offset Printing Operator

The Role

  • Set up, operate, and optimize Heidelberg offset printing presses to achieve maximum efficiency and print quality.
  • Perform color matching, registration control, plate mounting, and print quality verification.
  • Troubleshoot print defects, press malfunctions, and machine-related issues in real time.
  • Monitor production efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce setup times and downtime.
  • Conduct routine machine inspections and first-line maintenance.
  • Complete production and quality documentation, including waste reports and shift handover records, accurately.
  • Coach and support press assistants and junior operators.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
