1. Internal Trainer

  • Delivering group and individual instruction and training covering a range of operational, and/or management areas in a specified field
  • Formulating training outlines and determining instructional methods utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops
  • Selecting or developing training aids including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works
  • Coordinating administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
  • Evaluating effectiveness of training and development programs, and utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods
  • Deliver training course
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes

2. Finance & Admin Manager

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and submit to the head office.
  • Prepares annual statements by assembling data.
  • Complies with Kenya tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating quarterly estimated tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings.
  • Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
  • Provides financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.
  • Prepares special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts.
  • Updates job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

3. Company Driver

  • Adhere to traffic rules and regulations.
  • Drive to various locations for pick-ups as assigned.
  • Adhere to traffic rules at all times & report any incident to the relevant authorities when it occurs.
  • Sign off the receipt used for fueling the vehicle & remit to the Finance & Administration Manager.
  • Prepare a log book indicating the mileage & destination.
  • Ensure that the company vehicle is always in a clean and presentable condition (inside and out)
  • Inspect the vehicle; first aid kit, fire extinguisher, insurance, brakes, oil level, indicators, & fuel.
  • Liaise with the Accounts department on issues involving the maintenance, service & fueling of the company vehicles.
