Online Customer Service & Social Media Handler
We are an I.T company in Kenya looking for a young lady who has the required skills to handle our online customer service and social media platforms
Working Times:
  • Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm
  • Saturday from 8am to 1pm
Office is based in Nairobi CBD
Job Description
  • Must be able to manage our online customer care service. This involves communicating with our clients daily online via Facebook, Whatsapp, Website, Emails.
  • Must be able to assist in managing our social media platforms on (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) i.e posting our products and other content from our website.
  • Collaborate with other team members write detailed descriptions on each product for our website and also for social media.
  • Proofread all of our online content to make sure they are well written and accurate.
  • Should be very creative thus be able to identify & collaborate with our team to execute online marketing strategies to increase our social media and website presence massively.
  • Monitor and keep track of the social media growth, and recommend changes to improve our online visibility.
  • MUST be tech savy: Loves gadgets!
  • Diploma in communications , business information technology, marketing, p.r, media, customer service or any related course.
  • MUST have excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in content writing and running social media accounts whether in freelance or employment is an added advantage.
  • Good computer skills: ability to quickly learn new software and tools easily.
  • High attention to detail and able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, time management and multi-tasking.
  • Great communicator, friendly and approachable.
