Key Responsibilities:

• Develop basic training materials to support labeler training.
• Conduct training sessions for labelers and reviewers.
• Perform periodic quality reviews to ensure labeling compliance with guidelines and address any areas of confusion.
• Facilitate Q&A sessions with annotators and reviewers.
• Proactively identify and document edge cases, communicating them to both the client and labelers.
• Collaborate with project leaders and data managers on labeling quality metrics.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong academic or professional background in English language, literature, and linguistics, including those with teaching experience.
• A minimum of 2+ years in English tutoring
• Strong understanding of English grammar, including parts of speech (nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions, interjections), and their functions in sentences.
• Proficiency in sentence structure and analysis, including identifying subjects, predicates, objects, and complements.
• Demonstrated ability to perform sentence diagramming to analyze and clarify sentence structure.
• Excellent analytical and interpretive skills to accurately understand and extract claims from complex texts.
