The client is looking to fill the post of an Online Events Manager with a suitably qualified candidate.

THE JOB

The Online Events Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing online events on a regular basis. This role may be part-time and focuses on creating engaging virtual experiences for the audience.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

1. Planning and coordinating online events, including webinars, conferences, and virtual gatherings.
2. Managing event logistics, including scheduling, technology, and promotional efforts.
3. Ensuring a smooth and interactive experience for participants.
4. Evaluating the success of events and making improvements for future events.
5. Collaborating with marketing and content teams to promote and support events.

QUALIFICATIONS

The job holder should have the following qualifications.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
2. 4 -5 years proven experience as an Online Events Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully executing virtual events.
