Online Marketing Executive

Job Purpose:

Our client is seeking an experienced Online Marketing Executive with a strong background in graphic design. This role involves managing website content, executing digital marketing strategies, and overseeing social media engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in website administration, SEO, PPC, and email marketing, as well as proficiency in graphic design software. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a creative approach to marketing are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Administration:

  • Oversee the smooth operation of the company website, ensuring regular content updates and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with web developers to improve site performance and implement necessary changes.
  • Monitor website traffic, analyze performance metrics, and generate detailed reports.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive web traffic.
  • Manage and optimize PPC, SEO, and SEM campaigns to maximize online presence.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Work closely with content creators and designers to develop visually appealing and effective promotional materials.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement across all platforms.
  • Schedule, post, and analyze content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their individual needs and providing personalized service.
  • Proactively gather, analyze, and address customer feedback and concerns, ensuring swift resolution and continuous service improvement.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database using CRM tools to track interactions, preferences, and transaction history.

Engagement Strategy Implementation:

  • Execute customer engagement strategies, including loyalty programs and special offers, to drive repeat business and increase retention.
  • Design and implement communication campaigns to foster customer loyalty and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in website administration and online marketing.
  • Proficient in WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating visually engaging content.
